Anozira Boot Camps

Adults of All Ages, Fitness Levels and Sizes Welcome

A fun and unique way to get in shape or to mix up your usual fitness routine

Get a few friends, family members, neighbors and/or co-workers together and create your own Anozira Boot Camp! We can customize your Anozira Boot Camp to meet your goals, time constraints and location needs!

Our Anozira Boot Camps are for adults of all ages, fitness levels and sizes. Our goal is to challenge you and to get you in shape, but for you to also have fun!

If you have an Anozira Krav Maga Self-Defense Seminar scheduled, and want to include an hour of fitness we are more than willing to customize that for you. Give us a call!

BOOT CAMP DETAILS

– 60 minutes, including a warm up and cool down
– Schedule 1-3 sessions per week for 4 weeks
– Minimum of 6 people

If you have less than 6 people and/or are looking for a shorter or longer time frame, please contact us so we can customize something together that will meet your needs.
